Electrics

Finished the electrics inside the car.
Tatech T6 ECU and loom.

I used fused relays to keep it more simple.

AMP bulkhead connectors. It's so much faster to take off the engine, which I do a lot, when I only have a few connectors for all electrics.

Aluminium

Got some aluminium parts back form the welder. Again perfect quality.

Chiniese dry sump tank modified to fit.

Custom made 3qt breather box waiting to be polished. Welds are just great.

Heads

Got my good old heads back from the machine shop. Work quality is amazing, thanks JG!

New DelWest titanium valves. Valve lift will be only 15.2mm with the new cam so they are quite short.

Exhaust in the making

Exhaust will be 4-2-1 with 3 steps and 3" exit. First 90 degree bends 1 3/4" then 1 7/8" to the first two collectors and 3rd step 2". I'm not quite sure how it will end up but I hope it'll be OK.
2 1/2" to 3" 90 degree cone. Made from two 2 1/2" bends.

Installing cam sync sensor for sequential injection.


This is about the only place the sensor could be installed.

The sensor is Cherry GS100502 with M12x1 thread.

M5 bolt is used for the pick up, welded form the opposite side just to be safe.
